I am sure you will make the 10...</title><content type='html'>Well done Caroline! I am sure you will make the 100 days.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I agree that these are business issues. If we really care about our team members, we must act in their best interests, and sometimes that means making them aware of unpalatable truths- like needing to eat better and exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I read somewhere (David Maister?) that 80% of work performance problems are caused by personal issues.
